(WALKERTON, ON) – On August 14th, 2011 at 1:54 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Archy Street, Walkerton noticed a man walking with open alcohol. 19 year old Bryan HOLBROOK of Greenock Township is charged with Open alcohol other than residence.
