On the 29th of May 2016, at approximately 3:30 pm members of the Guelph Police Service attended to a report of a male who had been stabbed in the vicinity of the Guelph Public Library on Norfolk Street in Guelph.
The male was seriously injured and treated at the scene by GWEMS and transported to Guelph General Hospital. His injuries were serious but not life threatening. The police investigation into this incident is ongoing and any witnesses or anyone driving in area at the time that may have video footage from an onboard camera is asked to contact D/Cst.
