Shortly after 1930hrs yesterday the victim returned to his residence located on Poplar Street in Chatham. The victim observed a male hiding in his driveway and contacted police. Members of the Community Patrol Division located a male who matched the descriptors on Woods Street. As a result of police investigation the 27 year old Chatham male has been arrested and charged with Theft and Possession under $5000.00. He has been held in police custody pending a bail hearing.
