(MOUNT FOREST, ON) On February 11, 2013 at about 7:44am, County of Wellington OPP responded to the report of an assault that occurred at a Fergus Street South residence in Mount Forest.
As a result of the investigation, a 31 year old Mount Forest man is facing assault and mischief charges, both contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on March 26, 2013 to answer to the charges.
OPP do not release the names of accused persons in domestic matters to protect the identity of the victim.
