(WELLINGTON NORTH, ON) – On January 8, 2013 at about 9:17pm, County of Wellington OPP responded to the report of a domestic on Carroll Street in Arthur.
As a result of the investigation, a 57 year old Wellington North man has been charged with Uttering Threats, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing in Guelph on January 9, 2013.
OPP do not release the names of accused persons in domestic matters to protect the identity of the victims.
