On May 30, 2015, the Guelph Police investigated an indecent act complaint. It is alleged that at 4:15 a.m., two females were walking on Paisley Street when a male in a vehicle approached them. After a brief conversation he exposed himself to them. The females left the area but flagged down a passing police cruiser. Police were then able to locate and identify the male.
On June 1, 2015 police arrested and charged the responsible male.
Sebastien Roeder, 28 years of Oakville has been charged with indecent act. He will appear in court on July 10, 2015.
