Male Breaks KFC Window In Front Of Police

On Saturday August 10th, 2013 at approximately 2:50 a.m. a member of the Owen Sound Police Service was on general patrol in the area of 10th Street and 3rd Avenue East and witnessed a mischief. A lone male kicked the front window of KFC causing it to shatter. The male fled but was apprehended by police a short distance away. As a result of this mischief the male, a 23 year old Owen Sound resident sustained a significant laceration to his leg. He was transported to GBHS by EMS for treatment of his injury. The male was cleared medically and released from custody with a future court date for the offences of mischief under $5000.00 and breach of probation (two counts).
