On February 27, 2014 at 12:42 a.m., the Guelph Police located a parked vehicle in the plaza parking lot located at Woodlawn Road and Silvercreek Parkway. The vehicle had front-end damage and there was a male asleep in the driver’s seat. An investigation led to the arrest of the male.
A 43-year-old Owen Sound man has been charged with care and control impaired, care and control over 80 mg, two counts of breach recognizance and possession of a controlled substance (CDSA). He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing on February 27, 2014.
