Male arrested on Elizabeth Street

On July 23, 2014 at 2:43 a.m., the Guelph Police while on patrol located a male that appeared to be looking through donated property at St. Vincent de Paul on Elizabeth Street. Investigation led to his arrest and the subsequent search of the man discovered tools that could be used to perform break and enters.

A 31-year-old Guelph man has been charged with trespass by night and possession of break and enter tools. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing on July 23, 2014.
