The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man wanted on an outstanding warrant.
As previously released, on October 23, 2014 shortly after 1:00 p.m. officers were called to a residence on Orchard Heights for police assistance. During the investigation, the man produced a baseball bat and uttered threats.
The 30-year-old Chatham man was charged with weapons dangerous and intimidation. He was transported to the court house for a bail hearing and released with conditions.
On November 14, 2014, the man failed to attend court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Yesterday afternoon, police located the man and he was arrested on the outstanding warrant. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
