On August 26th 2013 at approximately 1am, police responded to a disturbance in the downtown core. A male patron of an establishment was removed from the bar and was attempting to fight with staff over his removal. Police spoke with the male and convinced him to leave the area and avoid further conflict.
The male left the area and moments later returned as he felt he needed to make a final point! The male began to yell and scream obscenities at the staff and police creating a scene in the downtown area. The male refused to calm down and was eventually arrested by police for causing a disturbance.
The male who was given an opportunity to go home on his own accord will now be required to make a appearance in court towards the end of September.
