Barrie Police officer on general patrol in the area of Collier and Mulcaster Street pulled over a motor vehicle for a traffic related concern. The male driver who owned the vehicle was currently before the courts for sexual related offences dating back to 2011. He was released on a Recognizance with certain conditions to abide by including not to be outside of his residence without one of his sureties present.
Investigating officer arrested the 55 year old man from Penetanguishene for Breaching the conditions of his Recognizance. He was taken into custody and held pending his Bail Hearing on today’s date.
