On July 10, 2014 at 11:55 p.m., the Guelph Police were called to a plaza parking lot on Stone Road West. The callers were two females that alleged that they had gone to a fast food drive through and after receiving their order observed a male just past the window exposing himself. They immediately called police who located the man in the parking lot and arrested him. Subsequent to his arrest he was searched and a small quantity of Crystal Meth and Hydromorphone were located on him. Further investigation also determined that the man was breaching conditions of his probation.
A 29-year-old Guelph man has been charged with indecent act, four counts of breach probation and two counts of possession of a controlled substance (CDSA).
