On Thursday, November 28, 2013 at approximately 3:35 a.m., a lone male approached the counter in the Mac’s Milk store located at 272 Dundas Street and demanded cash from the employee, while armed with a knife.
The employee refused to give the suspect any money so the suspect fled. There were no injuries sustained. The suspect was located with other males at Dundas Street at Colborne Street. The knife was not found.
As a result of the investigation:
– Caleb Jackson, 22 years of age from London, has been charged with one count of attempted robbery, contrary to section 463(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
– Jason Jacques, 33 years of age from London, has been charged with accessory after the fact of an attempted robbery, contrary to section 463(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
