Shortly after midnight on Sunday, December 18, 2016, officers responded to a report of a disturbance at the Imperio Banquet Hall at 109 Falcon Street. Upon arrival officers located an unresponsive 26-year-old male with apparent stab wounds. He was transported to hospital by EMS, where he was pronounced deceased. He has been identified as Chad Robinson, 26 years old, of Guelph, Ontario.
Information gathered during the course of the investigation has resulted in charges of Assault Causing Bodily Harm against four males, related to an alleged assault on a second victim, whose injuries are not life threatening.
The four charged individuals are Miguel Chacon-Perez, 27, of London; Irvin Aparicio Chicas, 26, of London; Samuel Aparicio, 25, of London; and Octavio Merino, 25, of London. They have been remanded into custody.
