(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – A 21-year-old male from Bluewater has been charged with Possession of Marihuana following a traffic stop that took place this past Friday night. At approximately 8:45 p.m. a Honda CRV entered into a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E) checkpoint located on Bayfield Road near Devon Street. Upon speaking with the male driver police detected the fresh odour of marihuana coming from inside the vehicle.
Upon further investigation the driver was placed under arrest and searched. A small quantity of marihuana was found on the driver. As a result, 21-year-old Robertson LOBB from Bluewater has been charged with Possession of Cannabis Marihuana. He has been released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for March 20, 2017 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich
