(TOWNSHIP OF PUSLINCH, ON) – On November 17, 2017 at approximately 1:55 a.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting general patrol on County Road 32, Township of Puslinch. The officer observed a Honda Civic parked on side of the road. The officer stopped to speak with the driver.
While speaking with the driver, the officer believed her to be impaired by alcohol. A roadside screening device was conducted which resulted in a fail. The driver was arrested for care and control and transported to a local OPP detachment for further testing.
40-year-old Livanga OLDING of Guelph has been charged with Care or Control Over 80 mgs.
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (A.D.L.S.) and 7-day Vehicle Impoundment was initiated as per statute. She is scheduled to attend Guelph Court on December 15, 2017.
