(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) – The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) has laid charges in relation numerous sex related crimes that are alleged to have occurred in Listowel between 2012 and 2015. The offences involve female victims.
John Paul STONE (53) of the Municipality of North Perth has been charged with the following Criminal Code of Canada offences:
– Sexual Assault x2
– Sexual Assault on person under 16 years of age x2
– Sexual Interference with a person under 16 years of age x2
– Luring a person under 18 years by means of telecommunication x2
– Luring a person under 16 years by means of telecommunication
– Indecent exposure to a person under 16 years of age
– Invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age
He has also been charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with the following offence:
– Traffic in schedule 1 substance – Methamphetamines (Crystal Meth.)
On Wednesday July 08, 2015, the male was arrested and he subsequently appeared in Stratford Bail Court on Thursday July 09, 2015, where he was remanded into custody pending a bail hearing on Friday July 10, 2015.
