(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Sunday morning September 01, 2013 Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to the Listowel Arena baseball locker room where a theft was discovered.
Investigation revealed that sometime between 8 p.m. on Saturday 31 August and 6:30 a.m. on Sunday September 01, 2013, unknown person(s) removed the lock of the locker room and took a pair of speakers and a portable controller for operating the scoreboard.
The locker room is located in an outbuilding which is well lit. The public is requested to contact the North Perth OPP Detachment at 519-291-1414 or the Perth County OPP at 1-888-310-1122 should you have any information about this theft. If you wish to remain anonymous, you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), and you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
