Linda Yielding – Drunk Driving

(ST.MARYS, ON) On Saturday September 15, 2012 at approximately 9 p.m. a Perth County OPP officer stopped a mini van on Water Street south in St.Marys. The officer while talking to the female driver noted that she had been drinking alcoholic beverages. The driver failed a roadside breath test and was taken to the Perth County OPP Detachment for Intoxilyzer breath tests. At the Sebringville OPP station the driver refused to provide the required breath samples and as a result she was charged with the following offences.

Linda YIELDING (55), from Stratford has been charged with “impaired operation of a motor vehicle”, and with “failing to provide a breath sample”. She has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Stratford on October 15, 2012. She received a 90 day driver’s licence suspension and her motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.
