(GUELPH, ON) On Thursday May 16, 2013 at approximately 11:00pm, County of Wellington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) officers set up a R.I.D.E. program at Stone Road East and Watson Road, at the border of the City of Guelph and Guelph-Eramosa Township. A 2006 Ford Escape entered the R.I.D.E. Program and officers noted signs of alcohol consumption by the female driver.
Linda KUIPER, age 57 of Guelph has been charged with Over 80mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on June 4, 2013 to answer to the charge.
