(Fergus, ON) – On Wednesday, September 26th, 2012 at 8:08pm, officers from the County of Wellington O.P.P. responded to a report of a possible impaired driver in Centre Wellington Township. The vehicle, a 2009 Dodge Charger, was located on Stornoway Drive in Fergus and the driver had been drinking. She was administered a roadside screening device test and failed.
Linda BIGLOW 48-years-old of Fergus, Ontario was arrested and faces a charge of Driving with More than 80 mgs. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on October 26th, 2012 to answer to the charge.
