(TOWNSHIP OF GUELPH/ERAMOSA, ON) – On July 5, 2018 at approximately 3:30 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a serious collision involving two motor vehicles on Wellington Road 50 at Seventh Line, near Rockwood. Two SUVs had collided at an intersection.
The 72-year-old male driver has been transported from a local hospital to a trauma centre. His injuries are still considered life-threatening.
OPP Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) are on scene and continue to investigate the cause of the collision. The roadway remains closed at this time.
