On November 21, 2009 just after midnight, a Huron OPP officer stopped a slow moving van on McDonald Line north of Cranbrook Road to check the sobriety of the driver.
There were two males in the van along with an ATV. Upon investigation, a quantity of tools was also located in the van. Based on the type of tools and the circumstances of the situation, both male occupants were arrested for Possession of Break In tools. The ATV and van were seized pending identification of the proper owners.
Lief EDWARDS (23) of Goderich and Jonathon SCOTT (39) of Central Huron are each facing one count of Breach Probation and one count of Possession of Break In Tools. They will both answer to their charges in Goderich Court on February 1, 2010.
