(KINLOSS TWP, ON) – On September 26, 2016 at 3:34 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspected impaired driver in a Grey Buick sedan. Officers located the vehicle on Bruce County Road 1 in Kinloss Township and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Forty-seven-year old Lewis MOFFAT of Huron-Kinloss Township was charged with care or control while impaired, driving over 80 milligrams, liquor readily accessible and drive while under suspension. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 9, 2016 to answer to the charges.
