Lee Diebold – Drunk Driving, Speeding, etc.

(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH, ON) – On August 5, 2012 at approximately 12:30 a.m. Huron County OPP officers stopped a Pontiac Grand-Am that was speeding on Benmiller Line. Upon speaking with the male driver officers noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. The driver refused to provide a sample of his breath into the roadside approved screening device.

Lee DIEBOLD, age 29, from Central Huron has been charged with Fail to Provide a Breath Sample, Driving Motor Vehicle with Open Alcohol, No Current Validation on Plate and Speeding. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on September 17, 2012. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension.
