(GUELPH, ON) – On Sunday July 28, 2013 at approximately 10:35pm, a County of Wellington OPP officer investigated the driver of a vehicle travelling on Highway 6 near Willow Road. While speaking to the driver of the 2013 Acura, the officer determined she had been drinking. The driver was administered a Roadside Screening Device test, which resulted in a Fail being registered.
Leanne Ryan, age 22 of Brampton has been charged with Over 80 mgs, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on August 23, 2013 to answer to the charge.
