Larry Osborne – Racing, Vehicle Siezed

(MINTO TOWNSHIP, ON) On February 17, 2013 at about 2:13pm, County of Wellington OPP were conducting mobile radar and monitoring traffic on Wellington Road 109 near the 4th Line of Minto Township. Police observed a southbound 2008 Ford pickup truck travelling well above the speed limit. Police clocked the vehicle on radar at 131km/h.

South Bruce resident, Larry Osborne, age 40 has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. His driver’s licence has been suspended and vehicle seized for a period of 7 days as per statute. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on April 3, 2013 to answer to the charge.
