(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Thursday June 23, 2011 Perth County OPP officers in Listowel were called to respond to a sexual assault on a female which had taken place in the parking lot of a restaurant on Wallace Ave. N. in Listowel.
A resulting investigation led to the arrest of Larry HAMILTON (57) a Municipality of North Perth resident. He has been charged with sexual assault and is scheduled to appear in Listowel Provincial Court on July 13, 2011 to answer to this charge.
