Larry Davidson Ruttan-Rude – Assault & Mischief

(Fergus, ON) – On Tuesday, September 25th, 2012 at 9:08pm, officers from the County of Wellington O.P.P. responded to a report of an assault at a residence on Churchill Drive in Fergus. Investigation revealed that the victim, a 45-year-old female, was assaulted by a male suspect when he refused to leave her residence. No medical attention was required. Alcohol was a factor.

Larry Davidson RUTTAN-RUDE 22-years-old of Mount Forest, Ontario was arrested and faces charges of Assault and Mischief Under $5000.00. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on November 9th, 2012.
