(Innisfil, ON) South Simcoe Police are issuing a public warning after a brazen break in at an Alcona pharmacy. The burglary, which occurred on Friday morning, netted the thieves a large quantity of Fentanyl and other narcotics. Detective Constable Kai Johnson is alarmed because of the quantity and potency of the stolen drugs.
