(WALKERTON, ON) – On August 13th, 2011 at 11:40 pm, officers were conducting R.I.D.E. at Durham Street and Yonge Street in Walkerton. An intoxicated man confronted the officers and began an argument with police. 31 year old Kyle LOUTHER of Walkerton is charged with Public intoxication.
