Kyle Greer Back In Custody – Breach Probation, Controlled Substance

During the early morning hours of February 25, Wingham police conducted a residence check on a Wingham man who was under house arrest conditions. At the time of the check, the man who was required to present himself to police was not at home. Fresh footprints in the snow were followed to another Wingham residence.

Police located and arrested Kyle Greer aged 22 of Wingham and he was held in custody. Greer is charged with three counts of failing to comply with a recognizance one count of breach of probation and one count of possession of a controlled substance. He is to appear in court by video on March 1st.
