(LAMBTON, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime unit with assistance from the OPP Child Sexual Exploitation Unit, has completed an investigation relating to an allegation of possession of child pornography.
As a result of the OPP Crime unit investigation that began on April 22, 2013 and culminated with the arrest of a male on May 6, 2013, Kurtis MACDONALD, 20 years of age from Kincardine, ON, has appeared in a Sarnia bail court on May 7, 2013.
The investigation is continuing into the male’s computer hard drives but there is no further information at this time.
The male faces the following charges:
Possess child pornography
Accessing child pornography
A bail hearing date has been set for May 9, 2013 in a Sarnia courtroom.
