Kurt Brall and James Truckle Charged At RIDE

(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – A Huron County Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E) program resulted in the arrest of a 29 year old male driver and a 24 year old male passenger on August 17, 2012. Just before 7:30 p.m. a white Ford F-250 pickup truck entered the R.I.D.E program set up at the intersection of Telephone Road and Stone School Line. Upon speaking to the driver of the truck officers noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in officers arresting a male passenger with possession of a small quantity of an illegal drug.

Kurt BRALL, 29, from Central Huron has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on September 17, 2012. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

James TRUCKLE, 24, from Central Huron has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. He has a court date scheduled for October 29, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.
