(CENTRE WELLINGTON TWP, ON) – On Sunday July 21, 2013 at approximately 3:21am Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers pulled over a 2000 Honda Civic on Belsyde Avenue West in the Town of Fergus and spoke with a male driver. An investigation revealed that the driver had consumed alcohol. He was administered a Roadside Screening Device test which resulted in a fail.
Kristian MOTINO-CASTILLO age 32 of Mississauga has been charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on August 30, 2013 to answer to the charge.
