(KINLOSS TWP, ON) – On June 30th, 2012 at 11:10 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 86, Kinloss Township, stopped a Grey Kia and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 23 year old Kodi ADAMS of Kitchener has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams, Novice driver with BAC above zero and Fail to use lower beam headlight. He is scheduled to appear in provincial court on August 27th, 2012 to answer to the charges. A passenger in the vehicle, 24 year old Arron SANDER of Cambridge, was charged with Open liquor out of residence.
