On February 3, 2015 at 6:00 p.m., the Guelph Police went to Norfolk Street for a call about two males fighting. It is alleged that one of the males used a knife in the fight causing minor injuries to the other male. The victim was transported to the Guelph General Hospital by GWEMS. The responsible male was arrested.
A 32-year-old Guelph man has been charged with assault with a weapon, assault cause bodily harm, weapons dangerous and uttering threats. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing on February 4, 2015.
