(CARRICK TWP, ON) – On January 3rd, 2011 at 12:37 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol, along the Huron Bruce Line in Carrick Township, stopped a vehicle with an obscured licence plate. The officer discovered that the driver of the vehicle didn’t have a driver’s licence.
27 year old Kirk HUBER of Carrick Township has been charged with Driving while under suspension. HUBER is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on March 1st, 2011 to answer to the charge.
