(WALKERTON, ON) – On May 27th, 2012 at 4:31 am, members of the South Bruce OPP were conducting R.I.D.E. at the intersection of Jackson Street and Durham Street in Walkerton when a Blue Honda Civic stopped. Officers discovered that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 26 year old Kevin ZIEGLER of Brant Township has been charged with Refuse to provide breath sample. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on July 9th, 2012 to answer to the charge.
