Kevin Manning – 125 in a 60

(CITY OF GUELPH, ON.) – On Friday September 14, 2012 at about 9:42pm Wellington County OPP officers were conducting stationary radar and monitoring traffic on Highway 6 south of Wellington Street in the City of Guelph. At this time and location Constable Ian Donaldson observed a southbound 2002 Acura RSX travelling well above the speed limit. Police clocked the auto on radar at 125 km/h in a 60 km/h zone. The driver’s licence has been suspended and vehicle seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.

Kevin Manning aged 24 of St. Catherines has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on November 7, 2012 to answer to the charge.
