(TOWNSHIP OF PUSLINCH, ON) – On April 21, 2017 at approximately 12:50 p.m., a Wellington County OPP officer was monitoring traffic on Lake Road near Sandy Shore Blvd. in the Township of Puslinch. The officer observed a male driving a 2015 Mazda 3 travelling at a speed that appeared to be well above the posted speed limit. The vehicle was locked on radar at approximately 117km/h in a 50 km/h zone.
23-year-old Adrian KERR of Guelph has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act and will appear in Guelph Provincial Court on June 7, 2017. His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of seven days as per statute.
