(ELDERSLIE TWP, ON) – On August 3, 2016 at 8:36 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) on patrol along Bruce County Road 3 in Elderslie Township stopped a Black GMC Jimmy. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Fifty-three-year old Kent SMITH of West Grey Township has been charged with impaired operation and operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on August 31, 2016 to answer to the charges.
