Kenneth Wilson – Drunk Driving

(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) Shortly after 8 p.m. on Friday January 27, 2012 a Perth County OPP officer pulled over a speeding driver on Line 87 near Kurtzville.

While speaking to the driver, the officer detected the odour of an alcoholic beverage being emitted from the driver’s breath. The driver failed a roadside breath test and two subsequent Intoxilyzer breath tests at the North Perth County OPP detachment in Listowel.

As a result, Kenneth Wilson (42) of Howick Township has been charged with “operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood”. He is scheduled to appear in Listowel Court on March 21, 2012 to answer to this charge. He was issued a 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
