On Saturday November 30, 2014, around 12:30 a.m. a male motorist was stopped near Station St. in St.Marys. The male displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. He was transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville where he failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests.
Kenneth BRUNSDON (63) of St.Marys was charged with “driving with more than 80 mgs. of alcohol in bloodâ€Â, and “driving while ability impairedâ€Â, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to attend at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on December 15, 2014 to answer to these charges. He was also issued a 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
