(KINCARDINE, ON) – On December 29, 2012 at 3:10 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a fail to remain crash along Bruce Road 86 in Huron Township. The suspect vehicle was described as a White Oldsmobile Alero. At 3:15 pm, the South Bruce OPP received another fail to remain collision report involving the same White Oldsmobile Alero on Havelock Street in Lucknow. At 3:25 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a White Oldsmobile Alero in the ditch near the intersection of Highway 21 and Russell Street in Kincardine Township. The male driver was transported, by ambulance, to the Kincardine hospital for treatment of minor injuries. While at the hospital the male became very aggressive with police; charging at and kicking the responding officers. 40 year old Keith WEBB of Lucknow has been charged with Impaired operation, Dangerous operation, 2 counts of Fail to remain at the scene, 2 counts of Assault police and Cause disturbance by fighting. He remains in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for January 2, 2013 at 2:00 pm.
