(KINCARDINE, ON) – On December 11th, 2010 at 2:08 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol watched a vehicle enter the Sobey’s parking lot at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was stopped and the officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol.
18 year old Karsen ELLIS of Kincardine has been charged with Novice driver – Blood alcohol above zero.
