(BLUEWATER, ON) – On April 18, 2012 at approximately 6:50 p.m. Huron OPP officers responded to a complaint of an erratic driver heading southbound on Bluewater Highway. Officers stopped the involved grey Neon on Bluewater Highway just north of Bayfield.
Upon speaking with the male driver, officers noted he had been drinking alcohol. Karel KYNCL, age 62, from Watford has been charged with Impaired Driving and Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 mgs of alcohol. A court date is scheduled for June 18, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich. His vehicle has been impounded for seven days and he received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension.
