Justin Thompson Arrested On Centre Street – Breach Conditions, Controlled Substance

(NORTH HURON, ON) – On August 6, 2012 at approximately 3:00 a.m. Huron OPP officers received information from a Wingham Police Service officer that a male known to police was currently breaching conditions of his court release. The accused had conditions to obey a midnight to 6:00 a.m. curfew and was supposed to be living at an approved address set by the court.

Huron OPP and Wingham Police Service officers attended the non-approved address on Centre Street and arrested the male at 3:45 a.m. for failing to comply with his undertaking. Officers also located a small quantity of illegal drugs on the accused when he was searched.

Justin THOMPSON, 23, from Morris-Turnberry has been charged with two counts of Failing to Comply with an Undertaking and two counts of Possession of Controlled Substance. He has court date scheduled for August 27, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.
