(HURON EAST, ON) – On August 11, 2012 at approximately 1:20 a.m. a Huron County OPP officer stopped a Dodge Ram pickup truck on Brussels Line at Harriston Road.
Upon speaking with the male driver the officer noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. Justin STEWART, age 25, from Gorrie has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Wingham on September 20, 2012. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
